Lakshmamma  Venkata

Associate Faculty, Accounting

Lakshmamma is a part-time Accounting instructor at Mission College, and has been at Mission for nearly 16 years since joining in the Fall of 1997. Most recently, she has been teaching Accounting 1A and 1B. In addition to teaching at Mission College, Lakshmamma is a faculty member at De Anza College since Spring of 2002.

Prior to teaching at Mission College, Lakshmamma was a full-time instructor at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. At Osmania, she worked in the Accounting Department, teaching a large variety of courses including Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Cost Accounting, Income Tax, and Theory and Practice of Management. She taught at Osmania University for over 9 years before moving to the US in 1993.

Lakshmamma loves teaching Accounting with over 25 years as an Accounting instructor.
