Fundamental Food Service Skills I (11.5 to 13.5 units)
Certificate of Achievement
This one-semester credential will provide a solid foundation in food preparation as well as common operational foodservice practices and principles. This includes a minimum of 150 hours of hands-on experience in the foodservice operation.
Foodservice and Restaurant to Management (52.5 units)
Certificate of Achievement
This two-year (four semesters) certificate provides you with marketable skills to reach entry-level supervision and/or management trainee positions.
Associate of Science in Hospitality Management (52.5 units plus GE requirements)
