Must be eligible for Math 903 in the Fall and Math C in the Spring.

Must be a student who struggles in math.

Am I committed to MAPS for an academic year beginning with Math 903 in the Fall and Math C in the Spring?

Am I committed to working in hard and learning?

Am I committed to working in groups and being part of a classroom community?

Am I committed and open to different learning methodologies and modes of instruction?

1) Print and fill out our application.

2) Deliver completed application together with a transcript
(unofficial is okay) and a copy of any placement test scores to the MATH faculty office (S2-402), or to the MAPS office (SE2-102)

3) You will be contacted by MAPS Program Assistant to schedule an appointment
