Carmen joined Mission College in Fall 99 in a one year temporary position and was hired in a regular tenure track position in April 2000. She received tenure in Spring 2003.

She has an MS in Mathematics from University of Bucharest-1985 and an MS in Finance from Golden Gate University-1999.
