This course explores managing change in the workplace.
Topics discussed include changes taking place in organizations today,
discovering how organizations can prepare for change, understanding
human reactions to change and how to deal with them, and exploring team
involvement and visionary leadership.

Instructor:
David Bergen
About the Instructor: David Bergen has over 20 years experience working for Hewlett Packard in a variety of business areas including marketing, business systems, distribution, and project management. He has presented on topics such as website globalization, direct marketing, e-branding, strategic execution, organizational behavior, and advanced project management. David has an MBA from San Francisco State University. David also currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Organzational Behavior and Leadership at the University of San Francisco.
