Here is what Sueanne had to say about her certificate program:

"I completed the certificate while working on A.A.s in Business and Biological Sciences, and have found the Project Management Certificate to compliment any career field.  The skills I learned from the program have been useful in both school and work. As a project manager at UC-Davis, I was able to effectively manage RAs (e.g. delegate responsibilities), streamline processes to maximize efficiency, and keep track of progress.  As an intern of the Morgan Stanley Internship Program, I utilized the skills I learned to restructure the feedback process of group presentations.

I really appreciated the format of the program. The freedom to choose electives allowed me to explore my interests and realize my strengths. Writing reports was one of the most useful assignments because it is something I did in upper-division courses. I remember it being a challenge, but it really honed my analytical and reading skills. The only thing I would suggest would be having more group projects. I recall a group project for BUS38, and although being online makes it difficult, working well in groups is something I find essential to successful project management."
