COVID-19 Cases at Mission

On April 9, Mission informed the campus because they were recently informed that a Mission College associate faculty member has tested positive for COVID-19.  To our knowledge, this is the first confirmed positive case from within the West Valley-Mission Community College District. This individual was last on campus March 8 and tested positive on March 23, since which time they have been in quarantine. We have no other information at this time. The important and positive news is that this individual is recovering well in both body and spirit. Please contact Dr. Omar Murillo if you believe you have been exposed or test positive to the coronavirus.
