IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE MC ACADEMIC SENATE

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR GOVERNANCE & PLANNING COMMITTEE (GAP):

The Mission College Academic Senate is seeking one faculty member to serve on GAP for one year as a replacement for Dianne McKay, elected last year for a two year term.

The purpose of the Mission College Governance and Planning Council is to serve as an overall coordinating body in the governance and planning of Mission College. GAP will coordinate initiatives that arise from either internal college business or opportunities presented by the community. GAP will serve as a planning body, identifying opportunities and initiatives that should be acted upon by the component groups in the college.

GAP meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. until approximately Noon. Additional meetings may be added as needed.
