ETS Support For College Events
Please remember that our standard service coverage coincides with our working hours
- 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday – Friday. As a result, we may not be available for the
duration of an event that extends beyond 7:00 pm. Since there is no after hours on-call
assistance, we ask that you include this in your event planning.
The staff responsible for booking rooms have summary information that lists room size, seating capacity, furniture configuration, the features, capacity, and Audio-Visual/Computing infrastructure for each campus event venue.
Make sure you complete and submit an ETS Work Order, which you will access through the Help Ticket System: https://ets.missioncollege.edu/support/
Contact ETS to discuss events requiring Audio-Visual/Computing support beyond the basic room features, such as additional sound reinforcement, projection/display, laptops, built-in Lecture Capture recording, and overflow-streaming capability, available in many of our event venues. We can explore all options to achieve a successful and effective event.
